As you know Dave has to file with the Supreme Court after loosing his appeal. It is an ongoing battle and we are fighting till the end. This is round 2.
There is a 90 day dead line to file from the date of the opinion being published from Denvers 10th District Court of Appeals so time is of the essence.
Dave needs your help now more than ever so please donate anything you can ASAP. The appeal being denied may have been just what Dave needed because the Supreme Court will look at this case in a way the 10th District Appeals Court did not and they have the power to overturn or reduce his sentence and Dave has a good case and more than 3 points that are verifiably wrong in regard to the prosecution. In a nut shell a violation of Daves civil rights.
They may have been able to pull off the shell game in Cheyenne Wyoming but in Washington they go strictly by the book and there is no bullshit smoke and mirror like they pulled on Dave with a bunch of back wood hick jurors who were puppets for the state. It's 10 Supreme Court Judges and they go by the book. Period.
